Man United wins the UEFA Champions League Maio 21, 2008

Manchester United has just beaten Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League final match, played in Moscow, and is now three times champion of the League.
Man Utd scored first, with Cristiano Ronaldo, and was in control of the match during the whole first period. But in the final minute of the first half Lampard appeared as a striker inside the opponent box and scored the equalizer.
Both teams kept trying to reach for the winning goal, but none of them got it. Chelsea has even shot twice on the post during the match. After the regular 90 minutes, Manchester and Chelsea fought, then, for more 30 minutes of extra time and, again, the score was 1 – 1.
The teams went on to the penalties. The first penalty missed was kicked by Man United’s best player, Cristiano Ronaldo. But that was the only one missed by Manchester. Whereas Chelsea had two players missing the shot: Terry (way out of the goal) and Anelka (stoped by Van der Saar).
